It’s really up to you.

Don’t forget, if you take a brochure package holiday to Kenya, you may not be certain you have the facilities you require, with tailor made the holiday is built to your requirements.

We take your own specifications of equipment and requirements and make the holiday for you. We have access to some aids for use too. Some of the accommodation is well equipped and some is not so well equipped, you must remember this is Africa and a bit of give and take is needed to travel here. We can organise your flights (including wheelchair assistance, meal requirements, seating requirements etc.), your visa needed on arrival, etc. etc.

The adapted vehicles have ramps and space for wheelchairs to be clamped to the floor for transfers, excursions and game viewing. A portable toilet can be carried should it be needed, shower chairs, toilet raiser and a beach chair are available too. Manual wheelchairs can be arranged if needed.

Why Kenya?

East Africa is a wonderful place to view game and you can see the big 5 (Rhino, Elephant, Lion, Buffalo and Leopard).

There are many game parks and lodges you can visit within Kenya to give you the safari of your dreams. Be it to see the big cats in the Masai Mara of “Big Cat Live from the BBC” fame, visit Tsavo East and see the Red Elephants, or go to Amboseli where you can view Mt. Kilimanjaro etc. etc.

This can be coupled with a stay at the beach at the end of your stay in Kenya if you wish, where the sea is calm, white sands and beautiful warm waters all around you. The hotels have good facilities and rooms for wheelchair users and you can sit back relax and enjoy the sunshine.

The people of Kenya are very friendly and warm too. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and they are very easy going.

As you can see, Kenya is a versatile and very friendly place to visit, so why not take a look at the sample itineraries. These can be adapted or you can just book one as they are.

You’d be amazed at what we can arrange here, so please feel free to contact us and see what we can do for you.
