Flying with Excel from Gatwick, or
with BWIA from Heathrow or Manchester, this
luxurious Caribbean Villa is available for
hire throughout the year. Hire is normally
based on full weeks. The villa takes a
maximum of 8 adults sharing and possibly 1
or 2 cots for infants.
Situated 10 kilometres from the capital,
Scarborough, and 8 kilometres from Crown
Point Airport, the villa is set overlooking
the greens of Mount Irvine Golf Course and
is close to very good restaurants,
supermarkets and convenience stores, along
with fresh fruit and vegetable stands.
Nearby Buccoo Village has an Italian
restaurant, Polo Bar, batik shop, and hosts
the famous Sunday School Parties each week.
The main house, which has 3 bedrooms all
with air conditioning, 2 with twin beds and
a large double bed for the master bedroom,
all with French windows opening onto the
veranda.
The single storey design makes it fully
accessible for the elderly, disabled and
wheelchair users with facilities such as
walk in/wheel in shower with shower chair
and grab rails, special wash basin with
angled mirror, WC with grab rails, plus a
waterproof wheelchair. It has 2 bathrooms,
one en suite to master bedroom, fully fitted
kitchen, laundry room, lounge/dining room
with satellite TV and video.
Outside, it has a swimming pool with
loungers and poolside shower, barbecue area
with gas BBQ and outside dining facilities.
The Guest Cottage has 1 twin bedded air
conditioned bedroom with en suite bathroom
facilities. It has a fully fitted kitchen
with breakfast bar, lounge with satellite TV
and patio area. Services include 3
telephones including fax, plus services of a
maid for cleaning, washing up and cooking
when required (cost of food payable
locally).
Arrangements can be made for excursions
such as sightseeing trip of Tobago by taxi
or minibus, Buccoo Reef & the Nylon Pool,
sunset cruise by catamaran and
snorkelling/scuba diving. Car hire can also
be arranged.
